In this day and age, most of us would not be able to function without the much needed electricity that we use in our daily lives. As you can see, almost everything that we see around us is functioning through electricity. I guess most of you would agree that electricity is very important but it is also a huge expense and burden especially during these economic times. Because of the huge expenses that I am paying for my electricity bills, I did a little research and came across the Home Made Energy e-book. What really made me sit up and take notice of the Home Made Energy e-book were the claims that it made about:

I have to admit that my foremost reason for reading Home Made Energy was to save money from my electricity bills as well as to make money. Well, wouldn’t you do the same? I was wondering how I could make money from it because I could surely make use of the extra cash right now.

Aside from the monetary interest that I had, I was also curious about how it would be of help to our Planet Earth. The current energy source that we are using right now is usually from fossil fuels and gas, which is very harmful to the environment because of its carbon emission. Aside from the harmful effects, these energy sources are already to the point of depletion. If we don’t find another option to get our energy from, then it may come to a point that the world would really come to a halt because there would no longer be electricity for us to use. Getting these energy sources are hard as well since fossil fuels are gotten by digging through the earth’s surface which would require a lot of manpower hence the “Very High Electricity Bills”. Even if the electricity you would be able to produce for now won’t be sufficient in providing all of your electricity needs, you are still able to save money because your electric bills will be lowered significantly. When you are already able to produce enough energy to supply your entire household then you would already be free from electric companies that have been charging you for so long. Here’s the best part… you would be paid by the electric company if you were able to produce excess electricity that you can route to the electrical grid.

Here is something else very valuable indeed that I learned in this course. Each solar panel would cost thousands of dollars and if you are thinking of cutting your electricity bills into half then one solar panel is not enough, you would have to buy several solar panels to achieve this. Also, to be honest, I did have a hard time in building my own solar panel especially because I don’t really like to build things, despite this fact I was determined to go on with constructing my own solar panels so that I would no longer need the electric company. The e-book really inspired me.

So my conclusion for Home Made Energy is that it’s really a lifesaver and a planet saver at that. It gives the user the chance to be free from expensive electricity bills while at the same time provide users with knowledge on how to harness the renewable energy source from the sun and wind through the use of the homemade solar panels and wind turbines.
